DETERMINAN KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN DIMEDIASI KEPERCAYAAN KONSUMEN PADA PENGGUNA APLIKASI GRABFOOD DI KOTA BANDUNG 采购决策保证,调解消费者对万隆免费食品应用的用户的信心

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh online customer review, online customer rating, dan diskon terhadap keputusan pembelian dan peran kepercayaan konsumen memediasi pengaruh online customer review, online customer rating, dan diskon terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini diadakan di Kota Bandung. Kuesioner yang telah sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya ditujukan kepada 100 orang responden. Cara pengumpulan datanya memakai kuisioner. Sedangkan pengukuran analisis datanya memakai aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil pengukuran antar variabel t-statistik menghasilkan (1) Online customer review dan diskon berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen. (2) Online customer rating tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen maupun keputusan pembelian. (3) Online customer review tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (4) Diskon dan kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (5) Kepercayaan konsumen signifikan memediasi hubungan online customer review maupun diskon terhadap keputusan pembelian, namun tidak signifikan memediasi hubungan online customer rating terhadap keputusan pembelian.
本研究的目的是确定在线客户审查、在线客户评级决策和消费者信任角色的影响,并对在线客户审查、在线客户评级审查和购买决策的影响。这项研究是在万隆进行的。一份经过验证的问卷和减轻责任的调查对象是100名受访者。收集数据的方法是问卷调查。而数据分析是使用智能智能应用程序进行的。数据变量对t- statig之间的测量结果为(1)在线客户审查和折扣对消费者信心产生了积极和显著的影响。(2)在线客户评级对消费者的信心和购买决定没有重大影响。(3)在线客户审查对采购决策没有重大影响。(4)消费者对购买决策产生积极而重要的影响。(5)消费者信心对购买决策的在线客户关系评价和折扣有着重要影响,但对在线客户关系对购买决策的评级定义却不重要。

ANALISIS EFEK LITERASI KEUANGAN DAN JARING PENGAMAN SOSIAL TERHADAP AKTIVITAS UMKM DI KOTA SURAKARTA 分析金融素养和社会保障网络对日惹UMKM活动的影响

Eksistensi dan peran UMKM diperlukan untuk mengerakkan sektor perekonomian. Peningkatan program jaring pengaman sosial dan literasi keuangan dilakukan pemerintah guna meningkatkan peran tersebut, terutama meningkatkan jumlah UMKM baik berasal dari keluarga dan bukan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur efek literasi keuangan dan jaring pengaman sosial terhadap peningkatan aktivitas UMKM. Objeknya adalah pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) khususnya pedagang Batik, yang telah menerima program jaring pengaman sosial dan fasilitas kredit sektor perbankan di Kota Surakarta. Variabel dependennya adalah aktivitas UMKM dilevel rumah tangga, dengan variable independen demografi (jenis pekerjaan dan jenjang pendidikan), indek jaring pengaman sosial, indek literasi keuangan, fasilitas kredit, dan total penjualan. Teknik analisis regresi logitik digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antar variable tersebut. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan dan fasilitas kredit berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peningkatan aktivitas UMKM level rumah tangga di Kota Surakarta. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti berharap pemerintah daerah dapat mendesain kebijakan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas UMKM level rumah tangga khususnya melalui peningkatan jenjang pendidikan, dan akses kredit ke pelaku UMKM di Kota Surakarta

Pemerintah daerah dituntut agar memiliki kinerja yang berorientasi pada kepentingan masyarakat dan mendorong pemerintah untuk senantiasa tanggap akan tuntutan lingkungannya, dengan berupaya memberikan pelayanan terbaik secara transparan dan berkualitas. Kinerja manajerial merupakan alat penilaian untuk memotivasi aparatur dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif dan efisien serta menuntun prilaku aparatur untuk sesuai dengan standar prilaku yang telah ditetapkan oleh organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh partisipasi peyusunan anggaran, kejelasan sasaran anggaran, dan akuntabilitas publik terhadap kinerja manajerial pemerintah daerah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di Kabupaten Grobogan. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 81 responden. Responden terpilih adalah kepala/pimpinan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD), kepala sub bagian keuangan, kepala sub bagian perencanaan dan evaluasi pada masing-masing Organisasi Perangkat Daerah. Metode pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah IBM Statistical Package for Sosial Sciences (SPSS) versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kejelasan sasaran anggaran, dan akuntabilitas publik berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial pemerintah daerah. Variabel partisipasi penyusunan anggaran tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial pemerintah daerah.

ANALISIS INDEKS KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PELAYANAN DI KANTOR PERUSAHAAN DAERAH AIR MINUM KABUPATEN ENDE 恩德区供水公司对服务的社区满意度分析指数

Abstrac : The purpose of this study was to determine the satisfaction index of the people of Ende city in services at the PDAM Ende Office. The approaches in this study are qualitative and quantitative approaches. The population in this was 14.624 people. The sample sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling. The sample in this study was 99 respondents. The types of data used in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis technique carried out in this study is data processing. The result of this study is that average value of the public statisfaction index in PDAM Tirta Kelimutu Ende office services is 2,975 and is categorized as good. Meanwhile, the IKM confection value from services at the PDAM Tirta Kelimutu Office, Ende Regency, was 74,375. The  shows  that overall the IKM indicator can akready be met because its value falls into the good category.
摘要:本研究的目的是确定恩德市人民对PDAM恩德办事处服务的满意度指数。本研究采用定性和定量两种方法。这里的人口是14.624人。本研究采用的抽样技术是随机抽样。本研究的样本为99名受访者。本研究使用的数据类型为定性数据和定量数据。本研究使用的数据来源为一手数据和二次数据。本研究使用的数据收集技术为问卷调查、文献记录和访谈。本研究采用的数据分析技术是数据处理。本研究的结果是PDAM Tirta Kelimutu Ende办公服务的公众满意度指数平均值为2975,属于良好。与此同时,Ende Regency的PDAM Tirta Kelimutu办事处的服务提供的IKM糖果价值为74,375。结果表明,总体而言,IKM指标已经可以满足,因为其值属于良好的类别。

STRATEGI BISNIS UNTUK MEMPERTAHANKAN PENJUALAN JASA PENGIRIMAN KARGO FREIGHT FORWARDING PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 在COVID-19大流行期间,维持货运运输服务的商业战略

The purpose of this study is to understand business strategies in maintaining sales of cargo shipping services for Freight Forwarding companies engaged in exports and imports during the covid 19 pandemic. Facing competition, every freight forwarding company must have the right business strategy in order to maintain sales of its cargo shipping services. most of which experienced a decline during the COVID-19 pandemic. The strategy is designed through a SWOT analysis by knowing the company's internal (IFE) and external (EFE) factors. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with key informants from the management of the freight forwarding company, such as the President Commissioner, Director, Operations Manager, Finance and Accounting Manager, Customer Service and Sales, employees of the Eczema document department and service users. With SWOT analysis in improving cargo delivery services, the company is positioned among Strength-Opportunities by leveraging strengths to seize and take advantage of the greatest opportunities. Through the IE matrix, the company is in a position to grow and develop alternative strategies that can be implemented, namely forward integration, backward integration, horizontal integration, product development, business development, market penetration, and related diversification

Abstrac : The role of MSMEs in many developing countries such as Indonesia has difficulty in increasing their output because they are unable to compete with online stores. Pricing strategy is a way to maintain the liquidity of a company. Utilization of Information Technology in MSMEs is needed considering the low utilization of Information Technology caused by low understanding of the benefits of Information Technology. Marketing strategies must be applied to small and medium-sized businesses so that their trade turnover remains stable with innovations and new breakthroughs being carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pricing strategies, application of technology, and entrepreneurial ability on MSME business performance. The research method was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 110 respondents and using 4 hypotheses. Several tests were conducted including validity test, reliability test, nromality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, coefficient of determination Test, T test and F test. The final result of the study is from the coefficient of determination test has an adjusted R square of 0.602 means that 60.2% of the three variables can explain the variance of business performance variables, for the remaining 39.8% explained other variables. From the calculation of F obtained F count value 56,000 greater than F table 2.69 means that the variable price strategy, application of technology, and entrepreneurial ability have a simultaneous effect on business performance
摘要:在印度尼西亚等许多发展中国家,中小微企业的作用难以增加产量,因为它们无法与网上商店竞争。定价策略是维持公司流动性的一种方式。由于中小微企业对信息技术的效益认识不足,导致信息技术的利用率较低,因此中小微企业需要利用信息技术。对中小企业实施市场营销战略,使中小企业的营业额保持稳定,不断创新,不断突破。本研究旨在探讨定价策略、技术应用、创业能力对中小微企业经营绩效的影响。研究方法为向110名受访者发放问卷,采用4个假设。进行了效度检验、信度检验、异常性检验、多重共线性检验、异方差检验、决定系数检验、T检验和F检验。本研究的最终结果是由决定系数检验得出,经调整后的R方为0.602,这意味着三个变量中有60.2%可以解释企业绩效变量的方差,其余的39.8%可以解释其他变量。由F的计算得到F的count值大于F表2.69的56,000意味着可变价格策略、技术的应用和创业能力对企业绩效的影响是同步的

One of the things that can be done to encourage the rise of UMKM is by digitizing marketing. The more workers, the greater the number of jobs created. Abstract : The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of self-efficacy and training on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population in this study were employees of PT. Phapros Tbk Central Java DIY Branch. This study uses purposive sampling, Data processing method using SPSS. The results of hypothesis testing show that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Training has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the analysis of mediating variables using the Sobel test, found that organizational commitment can mediate the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance. Organizational commitment can mediate the effect of training on employee performance.

Kecamatan Petang adalah salah satu kecamatan di Kabupaten Badung, juga terdapat sub sektor perdagangan. Salah satunya adalah usaha perdagangan pasar tradisional yang dinamakan Pasar Carangsari.  Pasar Carangsari adalah salah satu centra pasar yang cukup besar di Kecamatan Petang, Kabupaten Badung. Nama Pasar  Carangsari sendiri sudah tidak asing lagi dikalangan masyarakat sekitarnya  dan juga banyak pedagang dari berbagai daerah di luar dari Kecamatan Petang.  Pasar Carangsari tidak pernah lumpuh akan aktivitas perdagangan, mulai dari pagi hari, hingga sore hari. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pasar Carangsari, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 56 responden. Pengujian Hipotesis menggunakan Teknik Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) modal, jam kerja, tenaga kerja dan tingkat pendidikan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan nyata terhadap pendapatan pedagang di Pasar Tradisional Carangsari, Kecamatan Petang, Kabupaten Badung, 2) modal, jam kerja, tenaga kerja dan tingkat pendidikan secara simultan berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan pedagang di Pasar Tradisional Carangsari, Kecamatan Petang, Kabupaten Badung.

Kajian Dampak Pandemi Covid-19 Terhadap Perekonomian Di Kabupaten Ende Dan Strategi Pemulihannya 共十九病大流行对恩德区经济的影响及其复苏战略

The weakening of national economic conditions due to the Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on economic conditions in the regions, including in Ende Regency. Restrictions on community activities have disrupted economic activity in all sectors, including the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. This can be seen in the reduced trading activity at several market  in Ende Regency. This study was conducted to find out how much impact the Covid-19 pandemic had on the economy in Ende Regency. The results showed that (1) the economic condition in Ende Regency prior to the Covid-19 Pandemic was sufficiently demonstrated by the low GRDP value of Ende Regency; (2) The Direct Cash Assistance (DCA) policy has an economic impact on the community but it is not yet very effective because there are still many people who do not receive DCA funds even though they meet the criteria as prospective DCA recipients; (3) The impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the community is experienced by business actors more than farmers and the biggest impact is on the decline in the income level of MSME actors; (4) Ende Regency's economic sustainability is in a less sustainable status in terms of economic, social and institutional aspects; (5) The dominant variables affecting the economic status of Ende Regency are (1) superior products and limited online marketing; (2) public understanding of the governance that occurs and (3) there is no marketing agency in Ende Regency.
