MTs Pesantren Asasul Huda is an educational institution that combines the traditional education system and the modern education system. This situation is supported by professional teacher resources and has a high dedication to institutional development. It has been proven that in the past 3 years this institution has been able to develop and compete with other institutions both in terms of quality and quantity on a district scale. This study aims to determine the efforts to increase teacher professionalism at MTs Pesantren Asasul Huda, and also to determine the application of integrated quality management in the development of teacher professionalism. This research on improving teacher professionalism and implementing integrated quality management in Madrasah teacher professionalism uses a qualitative approach, using descriptive analysis method. Data was collected using participatory observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. The key informant was the Principal while the other informant was a teacher at MTs Pesantren Asasul Huda. 摘要

MTs Pesantren Asasul Huda Ranjikulon村作为伊斯兰教育机构之一的存在是不容忽视的。MTs Pesantren Asasul Huda是一所将传统教育体系与现代教育体系相结合的教育机构。这种情况得到了专业教师资源的支持,对机构发展具有高度的奉献精神。事实证明,在过去的三年里,该机构已经能够在质量和数量上与其他机构在地区范围内发展和竞争。本研究的目的是确定在Pesantren Asasul Huda mt提高教师专业精神的努力,并确定综合质量管理在教师专业精神发展中的应用。本研究采用定性研究方法,采用描述性分析方法,对伊斯兰学校教师专业素养提升与实施综合质量管理进行研究。数据收集采用参与式观察技术,深入访谈和文件。主要的举报人是校长,而另一个举报人是MTs Pesantren Asasul Huda的老师。本研究的结果是:校长让教师参与决策和问题解决,代表教师参与培训,给予教师充分的权利在学习过程中提高他们的能力,让教师了解学生是教育的主要素质,鼓励教师继续他们的教育水平,促进教师提高能力和评估学习困难。
