This article discusses the results of research on the relationship of principal interpersonal communication with the performance of teachers majoring in Office Administration of Private Vocational High Schools in Cimahi City. The method used is an explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach, while the instrument used is a questionnaire distributed to 66 teachers as respondents. The correlation analysis for both variables is ordinal using the Spearman Rank Correlation data analysis technique. 摘要

教师绩效受多种因素的影响,既有内部因素,也有外部因素,其中之一就是校长的人际交往。本文以西马市民办职业高中办公室管理专业教师为研究对象,探讨校长人际交往与绩效关系的研究结果。使用的方法是一种带有定量方法的解释性调查方法,而使用的工具是一份问卷,分发给66名教师作为受访者。使用Spearman秩相关数据分析技术对两个变量进行序相关分析。结果显示:西马市私立职业高中办公室管理专业教师的校长人际沟通与绩效之间存在显著的正相关关系。
