摘要

本文研究了用于激光扫描仪的铌镁铅钛酸锆(PMN-PZT)多层陶瓷致动器(MLCA)。制备了PMN-PZT MLCA。5×5×30 mm3尺寸的MLCA采用常规带铸法制备。研究了由多层致动器和两种铰链式杠杆机构组成的厚度为30 mm的MLCA在150 V倾斜台上的位移为~ 30 μm。随着行程的增大,圆铰型机构由直线运动向旋转运动转变。铰链式机械平台与应变放大器呈一对一线性平移,适用于高精度控制系统。
