摘要

采用带柔性铰链导轨的压电陶瓷进行纳米级精细定位,采用步进电机进行微米级分辨率的粗定位,两者结合实现了大范围纳米级分辨率的垂直扫描定位。采用光栅传感器实时测量扫描位移,实现闭环定位控制。利用ANSYS软件对柔性铰链导轨进行了性能分析。实验结果表明,该系统具有良好的性能。该系统在表面测量光学轮廓仪中具有良好的应用前景。
