Research regarding the use of secondary raw materials for photovoltaic systems development
In order to ensure a sustainable development by substantially reducing human contribution to accentuating the greenhouse effect phenomenon and exhausting natural resources, it was necessary to develop various installations for capturing, storing and transforming the energy produced by renewable sources into electricity. At the same time, efficient resource use is one of the most important prerequisites for sustainable economic growth and the transformation of waste into secondary raw materials forms the basis for systems that promote the circular economy. In this sense, it is necessary to research and apply new technologies for the integration of recycled materials into complex systems of green energy production. The present paper describes the preliminary results obtained from the laboratory tests which involved the use of recyclable materials in order to produce electricity based on solar energy. In order to ensure a sustainable development by substantially reducing human contribution to accentuating the greenhouse effect phenomenon and exhausting natural resources, it was necessary to develop various installations for capturing, storing and transforming the energy produced by renewable sources into electricity.
