摘要

以电子商务系统资源优化配置实现电子商务网站收益最大化为目标,提出了一种基于客户类的资源优化配置框架,在此基础上,利用FCM聚类算法和模糊聚类有效性指标,根据客户对网站的收益贡献程度等属性对客户进行分类。利用聚类分析生成的隶属矩阵和客户分类矩阵,利用动态规划和资源分配优化算法对电子商务系统的现有可用资源进行分配。通过应用所提出的框架和算法,将电子商务系统的资源合理、高效、优化地分配给不同类别的客户端。
