In the first place, there is a contextualization of human rights and the Catholic Church based on the tensions initially presented. Second, the migrant and refugee issues are briefly detailed from the ecclesial history and biblical perspective. Then, there is an approach from the Social Doctrine of the Church and from the renewed perspective of Pope Francis. Finally, the pastoral action of the Church on human mobility is briefly described.
