The optimal penetration parameter was selected based on the identification of image quality indicators (IQI), and the detection sensitivity of the DR method for the typical defects on the LCT2T was obtained. 摘要

采用大容量钢衬套环包复合筒体(即大容量2型管(LCT2T))拼装的管拖车在国内呈增长趋势。在复合材料复盖层的使用和制造过程中,如何无损检测复合材料复盖层上的割伤、划伤、空洞等缺陷,以及钢衬板上的腐蚀、裂纹等缺陷是一个迫切需要解决的问题。本文采用双壁单图像x射线数字摄影(DR)方法对LCT2T上的典型缺陷进行了研究,对钢衬板上的裂纹和点蚀以及复合包覆层上的割伤、划伤和空洞缺陷进行了制作。基于图像质量指标(IQI)的识别选择最优穿透参数,得到DR方法对LCT2T上典型缺陷的检测灵敏度。结果表明,采用双壁单图像技术可以有效地检测出上述人工缺陷,且该技术对LCT2T复合包覆层纵向缺陷的检测灵敏度高于周向缺陷,对钢衬板缺陷的检测灵敏度高于复合包覆层缺陷。
