摘要

本研究的目的是描述和分析(1)学生学习权的实施情况,(2)学生学习权实施过程中遇到的障碍。使用的研究类型为定性描述性研究,研究地点为SMK Negeri Leuwiliang。研究结果表明:(1)自政策实施之初,学生学习权的落实就在SMKN学校开展;(2)面临的障碍包括:a)一些学生还没有为技术做好准备,学生仍然习惯于老师告诉他们,没有完全独立,b)因为他们没有独立课程的经验,参考资料和培训有限,c)教师没有充分合作,d)不是所有的利益相关者都理解实施独立学习课程的实质,e)仍然处于适应独立课程的过程中,所以它仍然不是最优的。f)数字访问往往是一个障碍,有时网络不稳定,使学生和教师难以访问学习资源材料。g)参考文献和媒体的局限性是遇到的问题,使其成为学习过程的障碍
