摘要

本文分析了电信企业转型的背景。本文从电信服务的特点出发,提出了基于用户体验的电信服务质量评价方法。评价方法设计了影响电信服务质量的基因和各基因中所含的因素。通过对各因素重要性和满意度的调查,对质量因素和整体服务质量进行评价。然后对各类服务质量因素进行分析,并进行标准化矩阵分析。最后,本文进行了论证分析实际情况的评价方法。
