Graduate research assistantship includes mastering fundamentals in research, developing constructive-planned, organizational, communicative and teaching skills. Aims. The paper aims at the 2022-2023 first master’s graduate research assistantship analysis: the way it was organized. Methods. The analytical literature review of already existed methodological researches and published papers has been used among other methods ofscientific surveys to reach our aim, also monitoring the progress of different forms of graduate research assistantship (practical classes, extracurricular activities, scientific club, discussion club etc.) and interviewing the students. Results. We have provided a questionnaire for trainees to define their attitude and effectiveness toward the questionnaire at the end of graduate research assistantship. According to the questionnaire results 99% of students consider the necessity to include graduate research assistantship aspect into the curriculum of pedagogical practice on the first foreign language and mark its content for the future occupation with the highest score. Conclusions. The first experience of holding graduate research assistantship for Master’s – prospective lecturers of the French and Spanish languages and methodology of their teaching, proves the feasibility and effectiveness of this type of training for mastering such important component of methodological competence as methodical skills.","PeriodicalId":273615,"journal":{"name":"Vìsnik KNLU.
