In the system, the issues of processing ECG signal with classical methods and in phase space have been considered, the comparison of these methods have been carried out, characteristic changes of the shapes of ECG phase portraits corresponding to the change of diagnostic signs haveb been analyzed, and additional diagnostic signs determined on the the base of phase portrait in order to increase the reliability of ECG diagnosis have been interpreted. 摘要

本文阐述了在LabVIEW软件环境下开发的用于心电图信号处理与分析的虚拟系统。在该系统中,考虑了经典方法和相空间处理心电信号的问题,对两种方法进行了比较,分析了诊断征象变化所对应的心电相像形状的特征变化,并解释了在相像基础上确定附加的诊断征象,以提高心电诊断的可靠性。利用所开发的程序对RR区间序列进行分析,得到了直方图、散点图、快速傅立叶变换、自回归谱、短期傅立叶变换以及表征心率变异性的相应信息参数:RR区间的平均长度和标准差、心率的平均值和标准差、频谱参数等。利用HRV分析程序对MIT BIH数据库中的心电文件进行处理和分析的结果,以及在LabVIEW环境中实现的信息参数的确定,证实了所开发程序的充分性。关键词:心电信号,相空间,相像,RR间隔,LabVIEW软件,心率,QRS复合物。
