AGHAMUSA AKHUNDOV'S PROFESSİONAL AND DEEP SCİENTİFİC JUDGMENTS ABOUT THE LANGUAGE CONCERNS OF POETRY 阿加穆萨-阿洪多夫对诗歌语言问题的专业和深层科学判断

The main aim of the article is to explore Aghamusa Akhundovs professional and deep scientific judgments about the language concerns of poetry. In the scientific heritage of Agamusa Akhundov, the actual problems of the language of poetry occupy an important place. The unity of content and form in poetry and the unique role of artistic language in this matter have been interpreted in his works from different aspects. In his writings about the beauty of the language of poetry and its most important features, Agamusa Akhundov put forward new considerations, generalized considerations about the linguistic organization of poetry, and the means of creating aesthetic appeal. He approached the artistic composition of the text from the point of view of linguistics, and managed to systematize his theses about the poetic properties of language units with precise comments. The scientific-theoretical explanations of the researcher, who effectively deals with the linguistic and stylistic problems of poetry, demonstrate that he has linguopoetics, poetic taste, intuition and a sense of beautiful poetry. Application importance: the material can be used in lecturers and seminars in higher education institutions. The main purpose of the article is to research Azerbaijan libraries at the level of modern standards on the base of Republic Youth Library named after J. Jabbarli. Today, the vast majority of people in the world widely use computers for various purposes. Especially for the younger generation, computer use has become a normal way of life for their activities. The integration of computers into the field of education and culture also reflects these trends. The successful application of computers in the field of education and culture depends not only on their availability, but also on how familiar the users are with them. The article covers technical and software and electronic service problems applied to modern library-information service. The application importance: the material can be used in the lectures and seminars in Higher Educaion Institutions. One who is interested in librarianship also can benefit form this research. The main aim of the article is to explore the study of mechanisms of creating work in the lesson by the interactive method. The article explains the essence of the concept of work, which is one of the important quantities in physics, and analyzes the mechanism of the phenomenon of its various forms. Here they distinguish between ordered and irregular forms of work, explain the imbalance within the system as a result of the action of external forces, and the relationship between the processes within the system and the work performed against this background. Importance of the application: material can be used in organizing interactive classes in lecturers and seminars in Higher Education Institutions. METHODOLOGY FOR PLANNING THE LOCATION OF SWITCHING NODES OF IP-TELEPHONY NETWORKS 规划 IP 电话网络交换节点位置的方法

The relevance of the topic is due to the high pace of development and implementation of new systems and processes in information structures and the lack of a methodology for determining the effectiveness of using new infocommunication technologies in them. Currently, there are no unified scientifically based methods for assessing the feasibility and effectiveness of using IP telephony technology. This is due to insufficient experience in the operation of telecommunication systems based on IP telephony technology and their significant difference from traditional telephone systems. It is indicated that for optimal planning of the location of switching nodes of IP-telephony networks, a methodology has been developed, consisting of the development of a mathematical basis for constructing the projected IP-telephony network, algorithmic implementation and estimation of the complexity of the implementation of this algorithm, which can be used in the design of real IP-telephony networks. The algorithmic implementation of the developed technique uses three arrays from among the nodes of the network, i.e. the first array contains labels with two values, the second array contains the distances - the current shortest distances from the specified vertex to the corresponding vertex, and the third array contains the vertex numbers. In turn, the algorithmic implementation depends on how the source vertex is found, how the set of unmarked vertices is stored, and how labels are updated. DEVELOPMENT OF THERMAL UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE (UAV) SYSTEM FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN BUILDINGS 开发用于提高建筑物能效的热能无人飞行器(UAV)系统

In the scope of this study, a system was developed for performing essential thermal measurements with the aim of support energy efficiency in industrial places and public dwellings and determining heat energy losses. The system was established through using unmanned aerial vehicle, thermal cameras with wireless and RGB communication. Primarily calibration tests were carried out for flight time of unmanned aerial vehicle, landing after the flight, accuracy of lift-off, balance tests, images taken from colored and thermal camera. Radiometric, thermal and geometric calibrations were fulfilled at the calibration stage. After the calibration stage, thermal measurements were performed and heat losses were determined. It was selected two buildings and a parking lot, then essential measurements were done. According to heat loss calculation published by Turkish Plumbing and Engineers Association, heat losses were calculated, heat loss values taken from thermal cameras were compared and verifications and optimization processes were carried out for the system. DETECTION OF ADVANCED PERSISTENT THREATS USING SIEM RULESETS 使用 siem 规则集检测高级持续性威胁

Cyber-attacks move towards a sophisticated, destructive, and persistent position, as in the case of Stuxnet, Dark Hotel, Poseidon, and Carbanak. These attacks are called Advanced Persistent Threats (APT) in which an intruder establishes an undetected presence in a network in order to steal sensitive data over a prolonged period of time. In today's digitalized life, these attacks threaten the main critical life areas. This threat is followed by critical infrastructures, finance, energy, and aviation agencies. One of the biggest APT attacks was Stuxnet which targeted software on computers controlling the programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used to automate machine processes. The other one was the Deep Panda attack discovered in 2015 which compromised over 4 million US personnel records because of the ongoing cyberwar between China and the U.S. This paper attempts to explain the difficulties of detecting APTs and to examine the studies in this area. In addition, this paper presents a new approach to detecting APTs using the SIEM solution. In this approach, it is recommended to establish APT rulesets in SIEM solutions by using the indicators left behind by the attacks. The main aim of the article is to study the scenery tradition of Azerbaijan poetry. Literary studies as a science in Azerbaijan began to emerge in the Middle Ages. Travelogue, historical chronicle, dictionary, etc. there are many elements of literary studies in the works, biographical information about the writers is given, quotes from the works are given, the date of their creation, the plot, etc. is talked about. However, the development of national literary studies began directly at the beginning of the 20th century. The subject of the research is to explore the period from VII-VI centuries BC till the modern period of Azerbaijani poetry. The task of the research is to clarify the possibilities of folklore symbolism in scenery lyrics. Research methods: the theoretical-methodological basis of the article is the comparative-historical method. Depending on the nature of the research and investigation, the theoretical-analytical method was also used in the explanation and interpretation of the problems that were attempted to be solved scientifically. Main provision: evaluation of poetic themes based on factual materials that give rise to conditioning of landscape lyrics as an artistic practice. Application importance is the material can be used in lecturers and seminars in Higher Education Institutions, and it can be useful whom is interested in literature, poetry and the history of culture. AN INTELLIGENT TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM FOR BAKU 巴库智能交通控制系统

This article introduces a new traffic control system framework, Mobile Intelligent Traffic Management System (MITCS), designed for Baku for the next generation. According to statistics, every year people lose 154 hours in traffic on average. 1.3 million people die in accidents. The system combines micro-mechanical and electrical technologies embedded system, wireless transmission, image processing, and solar module. The objectives of this study are: 1. Research and design new and multifunctional traffic controller in the box;2. Design a cost-effective basis contribution to the communication network;3. Use image processing methods of developing a detector of non-interfering means for control of traffic dynamics;4. Using artificial intelligence adapt traffic dynamics and update traffic control strategies;5. Propose a special concept for mobile intelligent traffic control Center. Finally, an experimental system consisting of Virtual Traffic Police (VTP), Status Monitor Agent (SMA) and Traffic Control Integration Module (TCIM). СARDIAC ARRHYTHMIAS ANALYSIS BASED ON THE PHASE PORTRAIT OF ECG SIGNAL Сardiac基于心电信号相位画像的心律失常分析

The article illustrates the development of virtual system in LabVIEW software environment for processing and analysis of electrocardiographic signals. In the system, the issues of processing ECG signal with classical methods and in phase space have been considered, the comparison of these methods have been carried out, characteristic changes of the shapes of ECG phase portraits corresponding to the change of diagnostic signs haveb been analyzed, and additional diagnostic signs determined on the the base of phase portrait in order to increase the reliability of ECG diagnosis have been interpreted. As a result of the analysis of the sequence of RR intervals using the developed program, a histogram, a scatterogram, a fast Fourier transform, an autoregressive spectrum, a short-term Fourier transform and the corresponding informative parameters characterizing heart rate variability were obtained: the average length and standard deviation of RR intervals, the mean value and standard deviation heart rate, spectral parameters, etc. The results obtained during the processing and analysis of ECG files taken from the MIT BIH databases using the HRV analysis program and the determination of informative parameters implemented in the LabVIEW environment confirm the adequacy of the developed program.Keywords: ECG signal, phase space, phase portrait, RR intervals, LabVIEW software, heart rate, QRS complexes.

Disability is one of the most pressing health and social problems worldwide. Despite significant medical advances, there are situations in which the only and most effective treatment is amputation. Most often people lose their legs as a result of accidents, wars and industrial injuries. A person's mobility is severely limited by the loss of a lower limb, which has a negative impact on both their physical and emotional health. It definitely reduces the quality of his life. In order for a person who has had an amputation to lead a full and active life in the future, it is necessary to have a well-designed prosthesis that can simulate the normal function of the lost limb as much as possible. There are different types of prostheses with different designs and functions, but the most advanced are those with built-in microprocessors. However, even these prostheses have problems integrating movement and adjusting their operation to the individual characteristics of the patient, which makes it necessary to create and improve modern prosthetic control systems. This research proposes the consideration of an information-measuring system based on the reading of muscle activity signals and their further analysis by means of Fourier transform. As a result, the prosthesis may be controlled more precisely and smoothly, normalizing the biomechanical aspects of human gait.Keywords: Limb prosthesis, amputation, biomedical systems, force myography, signal processing, Fourier transform
