摘要

随着科学技术的发展,计算机技术也有了质的飞跃,在许多领域得到了应用。武术套路是包括进攻和防御在内的一系列动作的组合,在我们的传统文化中具有内向的特点。武术套路的训练是一个长期的、周期性的过程,工作量巨大。因此,本文提出了基于计算机辅助技术的武术套路应用研究,采用文献资料法、观察法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法,了解武术套路的特点、比赛规则等相关内容,设计了基于计算机辅助技术的武术套路电子训练计划系统、专家咨询系统和计算机模拟系统。最后,对实验组和对照组在武术套路训练中的对比情况进行了分析。在计算机辅助下,实验组的武术套路得分为1.35分,而对照组只有0.23分。实验组的得分明显高于对照组。本文从武术套路的特点出发,根据计算机技术的需要制定训练方案,希望能为武术套路的培养提供更多的参考和建设性意见。
