In order to improve the preparation of the job applicant, many artificial intelligence techniques together with emerging technologies could be used. This paper presents a mobile learning application with two modules for learning and practice using textual case-based reasoning to improve system performance. The document describes the architecture of the design of the system, implementation, and evaluation of mobile learning system.
