Moreover, wearable devices are gradually being introduced into school sports for daily teaching and training. This paper applies smart wearable technology to implicit stratified soccer teaching to help teachers reduce the labelling effect, avoid damaging students' self-esteem, provide objective learning evaluations based on students' exercise data, and finally conduct in-depth teaching reflections. Meanwhile, applying smart wearable devices to school sports can also present an example of physical education reform.
