It was carried out a comparative assessment of the indicators of programs to improve the level of occupational safety culture and reduce occupational risks. 摘要

本文对俄罗斯和国外关于将“福利”制度引入企业制度的研究进行了分析,并描述了在影响员工安全文化水平和健康方面的潜在影响(积极和消极)。研究的目的是确定在关键福利领域实施企业“福祉”系统的最重要和最具信息量的指标(kpi),其原则是评估员工敬业度,跟踪其心理生理状态和/或科学证实的专业成长,控制劳动过程的方法以及数字解决方案的可用性。对提高职业安全文化水平、降低职业风险的项目指标进行了比较评价。已经确定了项目背景下的主要机制组,并实现了指标(技术、组织、行为)性质的划分。
