Based on the goal, 3 tasks were set: determining the level of employee satisfaction and engagement; revealing the frequency of conflict situations in the work environment; determination of mechanisms for overcoming conflict situations. In order to present this, appropriate applied methods are used: 520 employees of enterprises operating in Georgia were interviewed; the gathered information was grouped and processed in the statistical program.
