Driven by the growing demand for quality assured mobility; new promising technologies have emerged, such as 4G and 5G networks, in order to meet users’ needs. Indeed, 4G networks unceasingly seek to improve the offered services and to guarantee a certain level of quality of service (QoS) for users while moving with high speeds.
