In this paper, a gasoline depot is selected as the analysis object. By comparing the regional risk value (PLL) of different horizontal layout and underground layout, and combining with the simulation of personal risk, social risk and accident consequence, the final conclusion is that there is a difference of “congestion degree” between different horizontal layout, which makes the regional risk level change, The looser the horizontal layout is, the less the peripheral equipment is, and the lower the regional risk level is; On the other hand, the storage tank is placed in the underground tank room, which can effectively buffer the accident hazards and greatly reduce the regional risk level.
