This issue has never been solved even today. The experience of ethnic Chinese discrimination is an unequal treatment based on ethnicity, related to personal, social and citizenship matters. The study was conducted using qualitative methods. Data obtained through interviews, data analysis is done by compiling verbatim transcription, open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Participants in the study were three people who lived in Jakarta, Medan and Yogyakarta. In this study, it was revealed that there was a relationship between cultural orientation and discrimination in personal, social and citizenship.
