摘要本研究采用现代化家庭生命周期和旅游职业阶梯的概念,考察女性出境游的需求和偏好轨迹。结果在一定程度上支持了旅游职业阶梯模型,得出了四个主要需求,即放松需求、关系需求、自我发展需求和自尊需求。女性出行者的旅行职业阶梯需求和旅行偏好在不同的家庭生命周期阶段和就业状态下存在差异。研究结果表明,提供全面放松、社交和自我发展的机会可以成为针对女性游客的旅游营销人员潜在的营销传播重点。
