In M - type devices, the potential energy of electrons passes into the energy of the microwave field, and the presence of a magnetic field is fundamentally important for the energy exchange process. The kinetic energy of electrons does not change on average over the period of RF oscillations. In this paper, we consider the case of how an electronic trajectory will change in a non-uniform magnetic field with different amplitudes of the variable component of magnetic induction.
