Just in Time Demos in the Scrum Framework

Axiom Practice Management (AXPM) is a Software as a Service (SaaS) company that caters to the United States healthcare industry. The software is developed with the Scrum Framework, a popular Agile practice used nowadays. The authors of the Scrum Framework state that if you attempt to modify or change it, you will end up with “Scrumbut” and will not be able to take full advantage of what the framework has to offer. Even if AXPM has been successful with Scrum since we started using it, we risked modifying the framework to see what would happen in the hopes of continuously improving our performance. In this paper, we propose Just-in-Time Demos in the Scrum Framework and then present an Action Research report, narrating what happened after its application in an industrial context.
