The rise and development of smart supply chain provides an effective method and path for smart manufacturing to highly effect the rapidly uncertain changing logistics situation and the increasingly fierce international market competition. If smart manufacturing enterprises want to give full play to the potential and advantages of smart supply chain, they need to build a scientific, systematic and collaborative smart supply chain management system as a support. 摘要

席卷全球的新冠疫情给智能制造企业的物流供应链带来了巨大的挑战和不确定性。在疫情防控常态化的后疫情时代,依靠传统劳动力、信息化程度低、效率低下的智能制造企业传统供应链管理,暴露出物资采购周期长、信息孤岛严重、难以满足客户交货期、难以提高效率和效益、运营成本高等问题。智能供应链的兴起和发展,为智能制造高效应对瞬息万变的物流形势和日益激烈的国际市场竞争提供了有效的方法和路径。智能制造企业要想充分发挥智能供应链的潜力和优势,需要构建科学、系统、协同的智能供应链管理体系作为支撑。基于此,本文提出为智能制造企业构建网络化、自动化、数字化、智能化的智能供应链技术与管理集成系统,不断提升供应链核心竞争力,期望为智能制造企业快速构建智能物流体系提供一些参考。
