摘要

该升降机械手可大大提高岩心钻机的升降效率。本文采用圆柱坐标与关节式相结合的方式,设计了升降机械手的液压与PLC控制系统。通过对升降钻井工艺的分析,确定了升降机械手的操作顺序,并将升降机械手液压系统分为5个分支,分别为手爪驱动油路、大臂扩张油路、小臂扩张油路、手腕旋转油路和竖柱旋转油路。设计了液压脱钻机械手的控制系统,并编制了PLC程序。
