In this article we construct a combined activity of student-centered, through higher school, educator, student triple dimension and a deep integration model of undergraduate education and IT. We also seek for IT combined education's defect from knowledge, capability and quality on the subject of the administrator, executor and accepter. In the meanwhile, we analyze the reason of defect and propose reforming solutions to improve the integration of IT and undergraduate education.
