If the distance is short, tugs usually will be used to move FPSO. But when the distance is far, the way of the tug is expensive and has a high transport risk. So using Semi-submersible vessel to transport FPSO is a better approach. There is a tricky problem to accurately and safely loading FPSO to Semi-submersible vessel, especially in large FPSO(300,000-ton). 300,000-ton FPSO need be transported by the largest Semi-submersible vessel in the world in long distance movement. In this Paper, we studied the P67 transport case to propose and analyze the control methods in the process of loading. During the study, we analyzed environmental factors and give the suggested value. Based on the force calculated by simulating ship motion and safety evaluation got, we designed a scientific load plan to load FPSO. 摘要

FPSO(浮式生产储存和卸载)需要在油田之间移动。如果距离较短,通常会使用拖船来移动FPSO。但当距离较远时,拖船的方式成本高,运输风险高。因此,使用半潜式船运输FPSO是一种更好的方法。如何准确、安全地将FPSO装载到半潜式船舶上是一个棘手的问题,特别是大型FPSO(30万吨)。30万吨的FPSO需要由世界上最大的半潜式船舶进行长距离运输。本文以P67运输案例为研究对象,提出并分析了装车过程中的控制方法。在研究过程中,我们分析了环境因素并给出了建议值。根据模拟船舶运动计算得到的力和安全性评价结果,设计了科学的装载方案。通过研究,提出了一种有效的控制方案,指导半潜船成功装载FPSO。
