摘要

随着微流体系统的发展,人们对微尺度层流混合越来越感兴趣。本文通过数值模拟研究了带花纹槽的微混合器中流体旋转角和混合效率随微结构尺寸的变化规律。研究发现,微通道内的流体转速越大,混合效率并不一定越高。高沟槽长径比不利于流体旋转。采用复模法在PDMS材料制备的微混合器上进行了两种流体的混合实验。两种染色液在30mm长的混合通道中混合效率达到85%。
