Teachers have a crucial role in the process of scientific transition. However, there are still problems found that the process of preparing lesson plans as teaching materials is not by following with a systematic format, the applied learning methods have not been able to actively involve students, and there are still teachers who prepare lesson plans with copy and paste. The condition of teachers' lack of competence in designing learning materials is the reason for this research. The focus of this research is to make efforts to improve the ability of teachers in designing learning materials that are carried out through structured workshop activities, especially for teachers at SD Negeri Giripurno 2. The subject of this research is the competence of teachers at SD Negeri Giripurno 2 by collecting qualitative and descriptive comparative data. 摘要

教师作为教育者设计学习的能力是一种必须具备的能力。教师在科学转型的过程中起着至关重要的作用。但仍存在教案作为教材的编制过程没有按照系统的格式进行,应用的学习方法未能使学生积极参与,教师编制教案的方式仍存在复制粘贴的问题。教师缺乏学习材料设计能力的状况是本研究的原因。本研究的重点是通过结构化的工作坊活动,努力提高教师设计学习材料的能力,特别是SD Negeri Giripurno 2的教师。本研究的主题是SD Negeri Giripurno 2教师的能力,通过收集定性和描述性比较数据。结果表明,通过为SD Negeri Giripurno 2的教师组织工作坊活动,提高设计学习能力的努力取得了进展。
