It is observed that the so-called \"National Question\" remain the biggest issue facing Nigeria today given the controversies, doubts and experimentation that surrounds her search for balance and stability, and the minority tensions and agitations constitute an integral feature of the ongoing struggles to resolve the \"National question\". This study shows the ferment in which the majorities consume the Niger-Delta minorities in the domination of the Nigerian state. It revealed that these acts are sustained and strengthened by bad governance.
