Such FATS devices should have special current direction relay, response time to emergency mode less than 9 ms and work from external protections of power supply system. 摘要

研究了一种典型的油站供电方案。此外,还考虑了短时电扰动(电压降和中断)对某油站同步和异步电动机动态稳定性的影响。研究表明,为了保证油站供电的稳定性,减少电力系统中各种短路和封闭网络造成的损失,可以采用快速自动转换开关(fat)装置。该类装置应具有特殊的电流方向继电器,对应急模式的响应时间小于9ms,并在供电系统的外部保护下工作。在计算研究的基础上,确定了对BAVR装置的要求。
