摘要

为了改进仓库布局规划,在传统系统布局规划(SLP)方法的基础上,建立了数学模型和仿真模型。针对仿真计算效率较低的问题,本文提出了一种基于遗传算法和仿真方法的两阶段优化方法。最后,通过案例分析,提出了合理的仓库布局规划。结果表明,两阶段优化方法避免了传统SLP方法中存在的人为因素的干扰,并结合数学模型和仿真模型的优势,可以得到更完整、更合乎逻辑的布局规划。在一定时间内得到满意的解,保证了计算的效率。
