As a result of the study, higher drying efficiency was obtained in the case of outside air inflow than in the case of no outside air inflow. In addition, optimum condition of outside air inflow was derived. 摘要

本研究的目的是分析干燥过程中外界空气进入干燥设备的情况对干燥效率的影响,以减少污泥干燥过程中消耗的能量。我们使用垂直薄膜干燥机进行实验。实验材料为污水污泥。研究结果表明,在有外界空气流入的情况下,干燥效率高于无外界空气流入的情况。此外,还推导出了最佳的外风入风条件。关键词:干燥;污泥;干燥效率;空气流入状况
