摘要

基于小波包信号分析理论,提出了一种断路器机械故障诊断的新方法。首先,对去噪后的振动信号在第4级进行wp分解,并对第4级各节点信号进行重构;其次,在第四级提取每两个结点包络能量的比例作为特征向量,在第三级提取每两个结点有一个父节点;最后,利用简单的BP神经网络实现了特征参数的分类,用于故障诊断。无负荷试验表明,该方法能方便、准确地诊断断路器的机械故障,为高压断路器的故障诊断提供了一条新的途径。
