摘要

在隧道水平井施工中,钢丝绳取心钻杆由于管壁较薄,在重力作用下容易发生振动,钻杆与管壁之间的摩擦会造成钻杆的损坏。新开发的高强度钢丝钻杆采用了将钻杆与内外接头焊接的结构,并加厚了内外接头,提高了强度。针对拉杆接头螺纹易损坏的现状,建立了拉杆接头轴对称分析模型,经过网格划分、约束、加荷和数据分析,得到了拉杆在拉扭载荷和压扭载荷作用下的应力分布,结果表明,拉杆公、母接头的强度满足强度要求。该抽油杆配用ZDY1000G全液压钻机、BW-250泥浆泵和钢丝绳取心钻具,在宝鸡金矿和鲁明金矿进行了抽油杆无断裂和接头过度磨损的工业试验,试验累计进尺达1442.9 m,有效地验证了抽油杆的可靠性。
