This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological descriptive approach. Participant selection uses a purposive sampling technique (convinience sampling). Data collection using in-depth interviews and observations. Analysis of the data used is thematic analysis. The results of this study there are three barriers to implementation of support during normal labor, namely barriers from the family, barriers from patients and husbands, and lack of knowledge of patients and families about support during labor. It is difficult to implement the practice according to evidence-based, there are barriers that occur when implementing it. 摘要

循证是提高助产服务质量的有效策略。本研究的目的是深入探讨在正常分娩过程中实施循证支持的障碍。本研究采用现象学描述方法进行定性研究。参与者选择使用目的性抽样技术(方便抽样)。通过深入访谈和观察收集数据。对所用数据的分析是专题分析。本研究结果发现,正常分娩过程中支持的实施存在三个障碍,即来自家庭的障碍,来自患者和丈夫的障碍,以及患者和家庭对分娩过程中支持的了解不足。实施过程中存在一些障碍,难以按循证原则实施。预计保健专业人员将增加对患者和家属提供有关分娩期间支助的教育。
