Cu<sup>+3</sup> ions by different concentration dopped from CuCl<sub>2</sub> source into In<sub>2</sub>S<sub>3</sub> layers. Produced layers post annealed at 400°C about one hour. Optical reflectance measured in the wavelength of 350-950 nm by spectrophotometer.
