This article presents the different steps of the design process of a collaborative robotic cell to improve a recycling laundry pods workstation. Initially, the current activity was analyzed through observations and interviews with users. Next, improvement scenarios were proposed, discussed and prioritized. After that, a feasibility study was carried out and led to technical prototyping.
