The dimension control of BIW is of great importance in the production process and plays a connecting role in automobile manufacturing. As for actual BIW production, not only a complete body framework is established through the assembly of stamping parts, but also the hang-on parts are preliminarily installed and matched with the body framework to form the basis for the assembly of following parts. In this study, current researches and methods of BIW dimension control in automobile industry are summarized and illustrated. Then, factors which affecting the dimension status of BIW are classified and highlighted by main types. The model and system of process control based on data analysis are established. 摘要

随着工业制造水平的不断提高,汽车工业的制造方法和技术也有了很大的进步。作为决定车型外观的重要因素,白车身的尺寸控制在汽车产品的不断创新中也得到了不断的优化。白车身的尺寸控制在生产过程中具有十分重要的意义,在汽车制造中起着连接作用。在实际的白车身生产中,不仅通过冲压件的装配建立了一个完整的车身框架,而且还将悬挂件与车身框架进行了初步的安装和匹配,为后续零件的装配奠定了基础。本文对汽车工业中白车身尺寸控制的研究现状和方法进行了总结和说明。然后,对影响白车身尺寸状态的因素进行分类,并按主要类型突出显示。建立了基于数据分析的过程控制模型和系统。最后,通过试验结果对模型和策略进行了充分验证。
