Experiment shows that the method is effective. 摘要

数字调制信号是现代信息传输的主要载体;调制误差参数包括误差矢量幅度(EVM)、MagErr和PhaseErr。然而,数字调制误差的计量存在以下问题:一是信号源与矢量信号分析仪相互校准,并形成闭环,校准不可追溯。其次,将数字调制误差设置在校准中的“0”点上。为了解决这一问题,我们提出了一种新的方法:利用两个连续波模拟调幅或调频信号的组合来构造具有一定调制误差的“等效MPSK信号”。等效MPSK信号的EvmRms、EvmPeak、MagErrRms、MagErrPeak、PhaseErrRms和PhaseErrPeak仅由两个连续波的功率比或调幅深度或调幅相位偏差决定,可以精确计算,并且在大范围内连续可调。实验表明,该方法是有效的。建立了具有数字调制误差的标准信号,可用于标定矢量信号分析仪(VSA)和无线通信测试仪的矢量解调功能。
