This kind of switch is based on unilateral fin-line using four beam lead PIN diodes in parallel. The 3D EM simulation results demonstrated that, from 33 GHz to 37 GHz, the insertion loss of the switch is less than 0.5 dB while the isolation is greater than 32 dB.
