The maximum value of Q<sub>m</sub> of NKN:KCN ceramics reaches up to 1150, the planar electromechanical coefficient k<sub>p</sub> of NKN:KCN ceramics maintains a relative high level, which is about 40%. Moreover, the Curie temperature of NKN:KCN ceramics is above 380 . Based upon this kind of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics, a new type of lead-free middle frequency (455 kHz) ceramic resonators were designed and produced.
