Recently, ICCU (Integrated Charging Control Unit), a product that integrates OBC and LDC (Low-Voltage DC/DC Converter) circuit and housing, has been developed. In this paper, we propose LLC/CLLC bidirectional DC/DC converter for OBC circuit in 800V battery system. In forward mode, it operates as LLC full-bridge resonant converter to achieve a wide output voltage range. In reverse mode, the DC link voltage can be designed to be lower than in forward mode by operating as a CLLC half-bridge resonant converter. The proposed converter uses SiC-MOSFET, so it satisfies high voltage and is implemented in a small package. 全球汽车OEM厂商都在提高电池电压,以增加电动汽车的行驶里程,减少电池充电时间。车辆对电网(V2G)和车辆对负载(V2L)操作也需要双向车载充电器(OBC)。最近,集成了OBC和LDC(低压DC/DC转换器)电路和外壳的产品ICCU (Integrated Charging Control Unit)问世了。本文提出了一种用于800V电池系统OBC电路的LLC/CLLC双向DC/DC变换器。在正向模式下,它作为LLC全桥谐振变换器工作,以实现宽输出电压范围。在反向模式下,作为CLLC半桥谐振变换器,可以将直流链路电压设计为低于正向模式。所提出的转换器采用SiC-MOSFET,因此它满足高电压并且在小封装中实现。建立了11 kW的双向谐振变换器原型,并对其进行了测试,以验证所提出的操作。
