The planners should not only provide high speed networks but ensure that it can provide the services for the betterment of people living in Pakistani villages. It should also deliver and educate people in the villages by way of web based education and distance learning. The purpose of this paper is to review the efforts made by Pakistan Social Association (PSA) in establishing an E-village in Pakistan by discussing its concept, mission, objective and implementation strategy.
