The software development methodused is the prototype method. The test method used in writing this research is black box testing. The results showed that the main reason for designing a decision support system for selecting the IndiHome package was a problem that often occurred to consumers when choosing an internet package that did not suit their needs and lack of information. IndiHome package selection decision support system software using the resulting TOPSIS method can support decision-making for users who use it. Various parties can use this software in choosing the IndiHome package to provide convenience in supporting decisions before buying the package. The software has been designed with static and dynamic properties. In terms of interface, this application is only static becausethe user can only input data according to what has been provided. 摘要

有必要创建一个系统,使潜在客户更容易做出决定,选择适合他们需求的软件包,因此需要一个标准来帮助选择IndiHome软件包。所采用的软件开发方法是原型法。在撰写本研究中使用的测试方法是黑盒测试。结果表明,设计一个决策支持系统来选择IndiHome套餐的主要原因是消费者在选择互联网套餐时经常遇到的一个问题,这个问题不适合他们的需求和缺乏信息。IndiHome软件包选择决策支持系统软件使用所得的TOPSIS方法可以为使用它的用户提供决策支持。各方可以在选择IndiHome包时使用该软件,方便购买包前的辅助决策。软件设计具有静态和动态两种特性。在接口方面,这个应用程序只是静态的,因为用户只能根据提供的内容输入数据。可以给出的结论建议是,该软件可以使用其他编程语言(如Java或Python)进行开发,以使维修和开发更易于访问,并立即被用户接受。
