This paper presents agent-based collective event model to study the cause of individual's motion intensity emerging in the process of the \"organization and non-direct interest\" collective events. By analysing the simulation of some factors that affect agent's motion intensity in events, we reveal changing law of motion intensity and the development process of the event. This experiment reflects the impact of different factors on crowd behavior.
