The introductory part of the paper describes the design solving of the diagnostic system from the point of view its control and measuring part for control, source and analysis of repaired high-voltage machines. In the next part, the description of the short-circuit measurement method using the source and measuring part and automated control using its software of the diagnostic system program is selected.
