First, the proposed model adopts the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to evaluate the performance and value evaluation index system of infrastructure ERP systems and obtain subjective weights. Second, and improve the scientificity and objectivity of evaluation, the proposed model adopts entropy methods to evaluate its objective attributes. Finally, the proposed model combines subjective and objective weights to obtain the final comprehensive utility evaluation weight. The effectiveness of the proposed model is verified through a case study.
